Shipping policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3-7 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: 15-30 business days (where available)
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.
5. Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Varnado Crafting Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
